Exercises:
Mini Band Birddog
Mini Band Standing Knee Drive
Mini Band 45 Degree Kick Back
Mini Band Side Lying Leg Raise
Mini Band Side Plank Clamshell
Additional Comments: This can be used as a prep (“activation”) routine prior to a lower-body or speed training session. You can repeat this for 1-3 rounds (5-15 minutes total)
